This website collects very little, and only when you write to us. Here is who handles your data, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Wanhelsing di Gabriel Mario Pascarella, Italian tax code / VAT 01139730079, Italy. For any question or request about your data, write to info@allevamentobassotti.com.
What we receive, and from where
The website form When you fill in «La presentazione» (name, e-mail, phone, country, your family, the answers and your message) and press the button, your own mail app opens with the message already written: you send it yourself, from your address, to info@allevamentobassotti.com. The website records and stores nothing of what you write.
WhatsApp, telephone, e-mail If you write or call us directly, we handle the data you give us: your number, e-mail address, name and the content of the conversation. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, under its own rules.
Technical browsing data The site is published on Cloudflare Pages. Like any server, Cloudflare logs technical request data (IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use these logs to identify you or to compile statistics about people.
Cookies The site uses a single technical cookie, to remember your language. Everything is explained in the cookie notice.
Why we handle it
To answer you and, if you wish, to get to know each other and consider the entrustment of a puppy together: these are pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and with the form you also give your consent through the box you tick before sending (Article 6(1)(a)). If a puppy joins your family, we handle the data needed for the entrustment and for the legal obligations that follow — the dog registry, the pedigree, tax documents (Article 6(1)(b) and (c)). Keeping the site secure is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
We do no profiling, make no automated decisions, have no newsletter and never use your data for advertising.
For how long
Correspondence stays in our mailbox for as long as it takes to answer you and, if no relationship follows, no longer than twenty-four months. If a puppy joins your family, the documents of the entrustment are kept for its duration and then for as long as the law requires — ten years for tax documents.
Who else may see it
We never sell or pass your data to anyone. It is seen only by the providers we need in order to work, each for its own part: Cloudflare, Inc. for publishing the site (servers in the United States and Europe, under the safeguards the GDPR requires: standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework); Aruba S.p.A., in Italy, for e-mail; Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp or follow us on Instagram and Facebook. In an entrustment, the veterinarian and the ENCI may be involved for the steps the law requires. No other transfer outside the European Union.
Your rights
At any time you may ask us what data we hold about you, to correct it, delete it, restrict its use, receive it in a readable format or object to its handling; you may also withdraw the consent given with the form, without affecting what was done before. Just write to info@allevamentobassotti.com: we answer within a month. If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you may complain to the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Minors
The site is addressed to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under fourteen; if a parent tells us a message came from a child, we delete it.
Changes
If the way we handle data changes, we update this page and the date at the top. This version is dated 21 September 2026.
